The residents of Berkshire at Sugarloaf enjoy a quiet environment with many nearby conveniences with three malls within 20 minutes of our homes. The Mall of Georgia is 20 minutes North, Discover Mills 10 minutes east and Gwinnett Place 15 minutes south.
The mandatory Property Owners Association (POA) collects dues, maintains, landscaping in common areas, maintains the Pool/Tennis Court Amenity area and enforces the covenants that we all have agreed to live by when we move into the neighborhood. We are proud of our neighborhood including it’s serenity, nice homes, maintained yards, good neighbors and recreational facilities.
Exploring surrounding areas you will find schools, churches of all denominations, several county parks (Peachtree Ridge Park, Suwanee Creek Trail, McDaniels Farm Park, and George Pierce Park) and several nice city town centers with a variety of cultural and music venues available. The nearby Arena at Gwinnett, on Sugarloaf Parkway, has many big name performances, events, and sports for convenient enjoyment.
Berkshire at Sugarloaf is a multi-ethnic neighborhood on the Peachtree Ridge sub continental divide, with rainwater on the North side of Old Peachtree Road going to the Gulf of Mexico and the rainwater from our subdivision going to the Atlantic Ocean.
